Mondays to Fridays  7h30  to 17h30
Saturdays 8h00 to 12h30

EMERGENCIES:
If you do have an emergency, it’s important to call us as early in the day as possible. This helps our schedule to run more smoothly, and insures you can be seen if necessary.

AFTER HOUR EMERGENCIES:
Sadly to say, one of us had the terrible experience of being robed at gunpoint after arriving home from a callout one evening in October 2006. But still we will be of service if you feel you cannot wait till the next day. You may call Dr Jordaan  083 297 4245 

PAYMENT:

Private patients
Payment is due when services are rendered. We accept cash, check and major credit cards.   For large balances, and with prior approval, we can arrange a payment plan for you.  Seniors  (age 60+) are given a 10% courtesy on all services. 

Medical Aid patients
We will submit your insurance claim to your insurance company. However, submission does not infer payment, and we can make no guarantee of payment on any dental service rendered. NOTE: Even a written pre-estimate, from your insurance company, stating that benefits ARE payable, DOES NOT guarantee that payment will be made by your insurance company. The patient is responsible for payment regardless of insurance coverage or implied benefits.

Being proud to be part of the @health brand and to be known as a family practice,  we will strive to keep our fees as competitive as possible and our standards as high as possible. We can only keep on charging the Medical aid rates if we are 100% time efficient.  Please help us by referring good patients to our practice and please don’t forget about your appointment or be late for an appointment.
